In her revolutionary 1937 book The Thinking Body, Mabel Todd explored the powerful body-mind connection.  Since then, her vision of using the mind’s imaging process as a tool in changing body habits has gained widespread acceptance.  The teachers shown on this DVD studied with Todd or her pupil, Barbara Clark, and share their unique approaches to Todd’s work.
